1月22日，京东黑板报宣布，京东外卖为全职骑手免费配置加热餐箱，已覆盖11城。
据介绍，加热餐箱号称“硬核科技升温20°C”，用户点餐时可在订单配送页看到对应服务。
同时，京东承诺将继续加快覆盖更多城市。截至目前，加热餐箱已落地北京、上海、乌鲁木齐、南昌，本周将陆续覆盖哈尔滨、长春、沈阳、大连、太原、兰州、天津，共11座城市。
