1月22日，克来机电（603960）发布公告，公司预计2025年归母净利润2691万元至3341万元，同比减少39.32%到51.12%；扣非归母净利润1986万元至2636万元，同比减少43.75%到57.62%。
公告指出，公司2025年度智能装备业务受下游市场需求影响，营业收入较上年同期有所减少；汽车零部件业务同样受下游客户排产计划和销售单价下降的影响，营业收入和毛利率较上年同期均有所下降。
2025年前三季度，克来机电实现收入3.23亿元，归母净利润2282万元。
