1月22日，兆易创新宣布推出新一代GD32H7系列MCU，包含GD32H789/779系列MCU，以及集成EtherCAT®从站控制器GD32H78E/77E系列MCU。GD32H78E/77E、GD32H789/779系列MCU均基于Cortex®-M7内核，主频达750MHz。该系列芯片最高可支持2MB Execution Flash与8MB Storage Flash，并搭载1.2MB的SRAM。
