德意志交易所集团1月21日发布声明称，同意以约53亿欧元现金加股票的方式收购欧洲基金分销平台Allfunds Group。
此前，德意志交易所去年11月宣布，对Allfunds提出不具约束力的收购要约，估值约为每股8.80欧元，并同Allfunds董事会展开独家谈判。
