1月21日，科恒股份（300340）发布公告，公司持股5%以上万国江于2026年1月12日至2026年1月20日期间，通过集中竞价及大宗交易的方式合计减持公司股份269万股，占公司总股本的0.98%。
本次减持后，万国江持股数量由1988万股减少至1719万股，持股比例从7.22%降至6.24%。
2025年前三季度，科恒股份实现收入13.89亿元，归母净利润-1.38亿元。
