1月21日，广汇能源（600256）发布公告，公司及部分所属子公司2025年度补缴增值税、企业所得税等税款及滞纳金合计4.06亿元。截至本公告披露日，公司及部分所属子公司已将上述税款及滞纳金缴纳完毕。
此外，2025年度，公司所属子公司缴纳水土保持费合计9.66亿元，已全部缴纳完毕。
2025年前三季度，广汇能源实现收入225.30亿元，归母净利润10.12亿元。
