加拿大总理卡尼近日回应美国《纽约时报》记者提问时表示，中国比美国更具可预测性。卡尼坦言，加拿大与中国之间虽然仍存在意见分歧，但双方始终能开展“坦诚、稳定且直率的对话”，这促使两国关系朝着“更可预测、更富成效” 的方向发展。
