1月20日，香港一中学电脑科男教师在区域法院受审，其否认3项“向年龄在16岁以下的儿童作出猥亵行为”罪。其被控于2024年9月到10月间，在新界大埔某单位，三度向16岁以下的儿童作出猥亵行为。
涉案男教师是男童就读学校的老师，男童案发时15岁，男童母亲因察觉他疲倦及情绪低落，于是向他追问得知儿子遭到学校一名老师侵犯，触及下体。
男童称，2024年9月某周五，被告邀请他到其家中吃饭，当时他没想到会遭到侵犯。
