北京商报讯（记者 郭秀娟 王悦彤） 1月20日，国联水产发布公告称，公司董事会于近日收到公司董事兼副总经理曹洛丁提交的书面辞职报告，曹洛丁因个人原因申请辞去第六届董事会董事及副总经理职务，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效，其原定任期届满日为2027年1月17日。辞去上述职务后，曹洛丁不再担任公司任何职务。
