据日媒报道，索尼集团旗下的索尼公司于1月20日宣布，将与中国家电巨头TCL成立合资公司。出资比例为TCL持有过半数的51%，索尼持有49%。合资公司将接手索尼的电视及音响等业务。
报道称索尼集团通过剥离电视业务，将加速向其一直以来重点发力的娱乐领域转型。
