振华重工（600320）发布公告，近日公司董事会收到董事张剑兴和副总经理刘峰的书面辞呈。因工作安排，张剑兴辞去董事及相关委员会职务，刘峰则辞去副总经理职务。两位高管的离任时间均为2026年1月20日，原定任期到期日为2027年6月16日。
2025年前三季度，振华重工实现收入260.07亿元，归母净利润5.24亿元。
