财联社1月20日电，记者20日从人力资源社会保障部获悉，2025年，全国城镇新增就业1267万人，城镇调查失业率均值为5.2%，就业形势保持总体稳定。人力资源社会保障部部长王晓萍表示，2026年，将以构建就业友好型发展方式为牵引，推进政策、服务、监测高效联动，全力确保就业大局稳定。 (新华社)
