格隆汇1月19日丨CLASSIFIED GP(08232.HK)公告，继于2025年12月12日举行股东特别大会上通过更改名称特别决议案后，开曼群岛公司注册处处长已于2025年12月15日发出载有公司新中英文名称更改名称注册证书。因此，更改名称条件已获达成，而公司英文名称亦由"Classified Group (Holdings) Limited"更改为"THAC Group (Holdings) Limited"，并采纳中文名称"一木集团(控股)有限公司"作为公司双重外文名称，于2025年12月15日生效。
