1月19日，萃华珠宝（002731）发布公告，公司及合并报表范围内子公司在过去十二个月内累计新增的诉讼、仲裁事项涉及金额合计为1.86亿元，且该金额超过公司最近一期经审计净资产17.12亿元的10%。其中，公司及子公司作为被告的诉讼仲裁金额合计为1.86亿元，而作为原告的金额为0元。
2025年前三季度，萃华珠宝实现收入33.82亿元，归母净利润1.74亿元。
