1月19日，降雪给岛城交通早高峰和市民出行带来很大影响。不少道路上的积雪让驱车的司机不敢贸然前行，特别是坡度很大的道路；有的人行道或者偏远的小路上还有很多积雪，不少市民干脆将车停在家中，乘坐公共交通工具出行。由于温度低，积雪融化速度慢，提醒广大市民外出注意安全。
