格隆汇1月19日｜据彭博援引知情人士的话称，美国私募股权公司Hellman & Friedman正在就可能出售医疗设备制造商Cordis进行早期谈判，对Cordis的估值超过90亿美元。报道称，目前约有六家上市医疗设备公司正在评估对Cordis的潜在出价。在强生公司出售Cordis六年后，Hellman & Friedman于2021年以约10亿美元的价格从Cardinal Health手中收购了Cordis。
