据微信公众号“中国驻阿联酋大使馆”消息，1月16日，张益明大使离任拜会阿联酋联邦最高委员会成员、拉斯海玛酋长国酋长苏欧德。
这也意味着，中国驻阿联酋大使张益明即将离任。
公开资料显示，张益明，男，1969年5月生，江苏江宁人，大学毕业。他曾任外交部礼宾司副司长兼使团事务办公室主任等职，于2017年任中国驻纳米比亚大使。
2022年5月，张益明履新中国驻阿联酋大使。
