据新华社奥斯陆1月18日电 哥本哈根消息：据丹麦媒体18日报道，欧洲8个国家当天发表联合声明指出，威胁加征关税破坏跨大西洋关系，并有可能导致危险的恶性循环。丹麦、芬兰、法国、德国、荷兰、挪威、瑞典和英国共同签署了这份声明。
