财联社1月18日电，伟思医疗(688580.SH)公告称，南京志达创业投资中心（有限合伙）（简称“志达创投”）持有公司7.06%股份，拟通过集中竞价、大宗交易方式减持公司股份，合计减持不超过287.31万股，合计减持比例不超过公司总股本的3%。志达创投与公司实控人王志愚为一致行动人关系。
