财联社1月17日电，CCTV国际时讯报道，日本最大在野党立宪民主党与公明党1月16日正式向选举管理部门提交成立名为“中道改革联合”的新党的申请。据悉，新党将以集结日本政坛“中道”力量为目标，把政治改革以及务实的外交和安全政策作为主要政策方向。
