【苹果首款折叠屏手机iPhone Fold首发A20Pro芯片 基于2nm工艺制造】《科创板日报》16日讯，分析师表示，苹果首款折叠屏手机iPhoneFold将在今年9月发布，与iPhone18Pro、iPhone18ProMax一同首发A20Pro芯片。据介绍，A20Pro芯片将采用台积电全新2nm工艺，相比A19性能提升15%，能效提升30%，应用WMCM（晶圆级多芯片模组）技术，可将内存与CPU、GPU、NPU集成在一块晶圆上，不必像以前那样通过硅中介层将内存放在芯片旁边。
