维业股份（300621）发布公告，公司于2026年1月16日召开第六届董事会第十二次临时会议，选举房庆海为公司新任董事长，任期自会议审议通过之日起至董事会任期届满。
房庆海将成为公司的新任法定代表人，公司的法定代表人变更手续将尽快办理。
2025年前三季度，维业股份实现收入61.20亿元，归母净利润-993万元。
