1月16日，鼎信通讯（603421）发布公告，公司收到董事兼副总经理袁志双通知，其于近日收到中国证券监督管理委员会出具的《立案告知书》，因涉嫌短线交易公司股票，中国证监会决定对其立案。
该立案调查系针对袁志双个人，不会对公司日常经营活动产生重大影响。公司表示在立案调查期间，将积极配合中国证监会开展调查工作。
2025年前三季度，鼎信通讯实现收入10.66亿元，归母净利润-3.36亿元。
