格隆汇1月16日丨大连圣亚(600593.SH)公布，公司拟与大连神洲游乐园有限公司（原名：大连神洲游艺城）签订《租赁合同》，继续承租大连市沙河口区中山路608-7号房屋及所占用土地。本次租赁的租赁期限为2026年1月1日至2036年12月31日，年租金为人民币800万元。
