人民财讯1月16日电，新瀚新材(301076)1月16日公告，为持续提升公司服务聚芳醚酮树脂（PAEK）全产业链客户的能力，探索新的业绩增长点，公司拟以现金1288.26万元，收购汤原县海瑞特工程塑料有限公司（简称“海瑞特”）51%的股权。公司拟在收购完成后，向海瑞特提供不超过1500万元财务资助用于其日常经营。
