1月16日下午，禾盛新材战略投资的熠知电子在上海市工商联人工智能专委会主题活动上正式推出第三代AI CPU TF9000系列。该产品对标英伟达Grace系列CPU，相较前代产品核心性能提升30%、成本下降30%，内存带宽、PCIe 5.0带宽及内存总容量分别提升200%、100%、300%。
