近日，据上海法院开庭公告，特斯拉（上海）有限公司已正式以“侵害经营秘密”为由，起诉宏利基金管理有限公司及自然人李程。资料显示，宏利基金管理有限公司成立于2002年6月6日，注册资本1.8亿元人民币。截至2026年1月，宏利基金管理有限公司管理规模已逼近1000亿元。然而，在规模增长的背后，公司业务结构存在隐忧。虽然整体规模大幅增加，但权益基金规模却出现缩水——股票基金不足50亿，混合基金不足120亿。
