1月15日，华夏幸福（600340）发布公告，董事冯念一因个人原因辞去公司第八届董事会非独立董事职务，辞职时间为2026年1月14日。冯念一辞职后将继续担任公司副总裁职务。
截至公告披露日，冯念一持有公司股份55万股，其中限制性股票5.85万股。
2025年前三季度，华夏幸福实现收入38.82亿元，归母净利润-98.29亿元。
