1月15日，维信诺（002387）发布公告，预计2025年度归母净利润将出现亏损。
公司财务部门初步测算，预计2025年度归母净利润为负值，具体亏损金额尚未披露。公告中指出，公司将加快推进财务核算工作，以便尽快发布2025年年度业绩预告，最终财务数据将以正式披露的年度报告为准。
2025年前三季度，维信诺实现收入60.51亿元，归母净利润-16.23亿元。
