1月14日，长望路二期西延线（金星路—北二环段）项目建设已完工，进入竣工验收阶段，即将放开交通。这是长望路西延线工程的最后一个标段，全长约1.71公里，规划路宽46米，双向6车道，设计时速60公里。长望路西延线是长沙市快速路东西向主干路的重要一横。全线通车后对加强长沙主城区、湖南湘江新区与望城高星组团之间的对接，促进新区社会经济发展发挥重要作用。田超摄
