康隆达公告，公司及全资子公司金昊新材料共同持有的全资子公司泰安欣昌、胡艳霞与NIANGADOU签订了《股份出售协议》，拟将持有的Suay Chin 100%股权出售给NIANGADOU，交易价格为704.67万英镑（折合人民币约6,636万元）。其中泰安欣昌持有Suay Chin 51%股权，胡艳霞持有Suay Chin 49%股权。本次交易完成后，公司将不再持有Suay Chin股权，Suay Chin不再纳入公司合并报表范围。
