通润装备1月14日公告，公司控股股东为浙江正泰电器股份有限公司，实控人为南存辉。为更好地匹配公司股权结构，公司决定变更公司名称及证券简称，变更后的公司名称为江苏正泰电源科技股份有限公司，证券简称为正泰电源。公司变更证券简称事项已经深交所审核无异议，自1月16日起，公司证券简称变更为“正泰电源”，证券代码保持不变。
