财联社1月14日电，存储芯片概念表现活跃，佰维存储涨超14%，开普云、国科微涨超8%，江波龙、德明利、北京君正、时空科技、普冉股份跟涨。消息面上，佰维存储公告称，公司预计2025年实现营业收入100亿元-120亿元，同比增长49.36%-79.23%；2025年四季度单季营收同比增长105.09%-224.85%。
