1月14日早间，龙旗科技在港交所公告，公司拟全球发售52,259,100股H股，香港发售股份5,226,000股H股，国际发售股份47,033,100股H股，另有15%的超额配股权；发售价不超过每股31港元；预期股份将于2026年1月22日开始在香港联交所买卖。
