1月13日，盟科药业（688373）发布公告，公司召开第二届董事会第二十四次会议，决定对部分高级管理人员进行战略性调整，聘任卢亮为公司副总经理，郭萃为公司财务负责人，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第二届董事会任期届满之日止。
2025年前三季度，盟科药业实现收入1.04亿元，归母净利润-1.94亿元。
