据路透社，加密托管公司 BitGo 已提交赴美 IPO 申请，拟发行 1180 万股，每股定价区间为 15 至 17 美元，最高募资约 2.01 亿美元。BitGo 成立于 2013 年，是美国最大加密资产托管机构之一，此次上市将使用股票代码「BTGO」，拟登陆纽约证券交易所，Goldman Sachs 与花旗集团为承销商。
