1月12日，老板电器（002508）发布公告，公司与UTcook Intelligence International Holdings Limited（优特智厨）及其实际控制人JIN XIAO、境内运营主体珠海优特智厨科技有限公司签署了投资合作意向书。公司计划向优特智厨现金增资1亿元，以促进智能厨电产业的技术革新与生态融合，专注于智能炒菜机器人细分市场。
2025年前三季度，老板电器实现收入73.12亿元，归母净利润11.57亿元。
