1月12日，维业股份（300621）发布公告，公司及控股子公司在过去十二个月内累计涉及诉讼、仲裁事项，涉案金额合计约8882万元，占公司最近一期经审计净资产的10.46%。
其中，作为原告的涉案金额为104万元，占涉诉案件总金额的1.17%；作为被告的涉案金额为8778万元，占涉诉案件总金额的98.83%。
2025年前三季度，维业股份实现收入61.20亿元，归母净利润-993万元。
