智通财经APP获悉，据报道，印尼上市的Merdeka Gold Resources正考虑最早于今年在香港进行第二上市，计划集资2亿至3亿美元。Merdeka Gold为印尼矿业公司Merdeka Copper Gold子公司，于去年9月在印尼上市，集资4.7万亿印尼盾(约2.7亿美元)，为当地年度最大IPO。
Merdeka Gold核心资产为苏拉威西岛Pani金矿，矿石储量约1.9亿吨，含金约480万盎司，资源潜力超过700万盎司，为印尼最大金矿之一。
