据浙江新闻频道报道，1月9日，浙江杭州一名网约车司机蔡师傅称，他为送一名伤者去医院，在交警开道引导下闯红灯，过程中发生交通事故。事故最终认定其承担全部责任。蔡师傅感到委屈，认为自己本意是做好事、助人为乐，结果却演变成这样，对此表示不解与困惑。（长江云新闻）
