工行湖州安吉递铺支行近日组建外拓服务小组，主动走进企业，为员工提供上门办理工资卡等金融服务。工作人员高效完成开卡流程，并同步讲解反诈知识，指导老年客户使用手机银行，以便捷、贴心的举措将金融服务送到群众身边，打通金融服务的“最后一公里”。
