近日内蒙古赤峰有网民称，发现锦山第三小学校服里有“塑料膜”，担心孩子穿上不透气。
1月9日，喀喇沁旗教育局相关负责人称，正与市监部门在学校进行调研。视频显示的是冬季校服，这层膜叫覆膜面料，有质检报告，这种膜可能是保暖用的，正进一步调查此事。
