法尔胜1月9日公告，公司拟向香港贝卡尔特出售贝卡尔特钢帘线10%股权，交易对方拟以现金方式进行本次交易对价的支付。本次交易完成后，上市公司不再持有贝卡尔特钢帘线股权。交易价格为1.61亿元。本次交易构成重大资产重组。
