1月9日，中国西电（601179）发布公告，持股5%以上的股东GESMALLWORLD(SINGAPORE)PTELTD（通用电气新加坡）于2026年1月8日通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份5126万股，占公司总股本的比例为1%。
本次权益变动后，通用电气新加坡公司股份比例由7.00%减少至6.00%，权益变动触及1%整数倍刻度。
2025年前三季度，中国西电实现收入170.04亿元，归母净利润9.39亿元。
