1月9日，三达膜（688101）发布公告，证券事务代表张靖霄因公司内部工作调整，不再担任公司联席证券事务代表职务，离任报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。
张靖霄离任后，公司的证券事务代表黄剑婷协助公司董事会秘书开展工作。
2025年前三季度，三达膜实现收入11.56亿元，归母净利润2.98亿元。
