格隆汇1月9日丨拉近网娱(08172.HK)宣布，立信德豪已辞任本公司核数师，自2026年1月9日起生效，原因为公司与立信德豪未能就截至2025年12月31日止年度之审计费用水平达成共识。
进一步宣布，容诚香港已获委任为公司新核数师，自2026年1月9日起生效，以填补立信德豪辞任后的临时空缺，任期至本公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
