仕净科技1月9日公告，公司董事会于2026年1月8日收到公司财务总监张丽华的书面辞职报告，张丽华因个人原因申请辞去公司财务总监职务，辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务，辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。为保证公司财务工作的正常开展，在董事会聘任新的财务总监之前，暂由公司总经理刘太玉代行财务总监职责。
