昨天下午依然阳光灿烂，风力不大，温度8℃，很适合跑步，继续打卡10KM。现处“三九”时，也正是小寒节气，是一年中最冷的时候（据中央气象台统计，从1961年有完整气象记录至今“小寒”节气平均气温比“大寒”低）。所以，现在“冬练三九”正当时，坚持！✊✊
虽然跑步日记流量偏少，但还是要记录的，这是自己的爱好，也是见证自己努力的过程！加油！
