1月8日，达刚控股（300103）发布公告，拟使用自有资金及/或自筹资金以集中竞价交易方式回购股份，资金总额不低于2000万元，不超过4000万元，回购价格不超过10元/股，预计回购股份数量为200万股至400万股，占总股本的0.63%至1.26%，回购期限不超过12个月。
2025年前三季度，达刚控股实现收入1.28亿元，归母净利润-2550万元。
