北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）1月8日晚间，新开源（300109）发布公告称，基于对公司未来发展的信心和对公司价值的认可，为增强投资者对公司的投资信心，维护广大股东利益，公司拟使用自有资金以集中竞价交易方式回购部分公司股份，用于注销并减少注册资本。回购股份的资金总额不低于4000万元（含本数）且不超过5000万元（含本数）。
